Terms and Conditions
Te Puna o Rotoaira is a peaceful, family-friendly campground. Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow all Campground Rules provided prior to arrival and displayed onsite.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour are not permitted.
Fires of any kind, including BBQs and fire pits, are not permitted onsite. Generators, fireworks, and drones are also prohibited.
Pets and animals are not permitted on the premises.
Alcohol may only be consumed at individual accommodation or booked sites and is not permitted in communal areas. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times, particularly near the lake, playground, and other natural areas.
One vehicle is permitted per booking unless otherwise approved by management. Day visitors are limited to two per booking between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, unless approved by management.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to accommodation, facilities, property, or the environment during their stay.
Management reserves the right to issue warnings, refuse entry, or require guests to leave the campground immediately for unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, or non-compliant behaviour. Eviction will be without refund.
All guests stay at Te Puna o Rotoaira at their own risk. The campground, its owners, and staff are not responsible for injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property, vehicles, or equipment, except where required by New Zealand law.
Natural hazards, changing weather conditions, uneven ground, and water-related risks are present at this location. Guests are responsible for ensuring their own safety and for supervising children at all times.
Guests may be charged for damage, excessive cleaning, or loss of property caused during their stay.
Weather conditions may change rapidly, and no refunds are provided due to weather or natural conditions beyond our control.
By making a booking, entering, or staying at Te Puna o Rotoaira, guests confirm they have read, understood, and agree to these policies and the Campground Rules provided prior to arrival and below.
